Gasunie is aware of its position in society in the Netherlands and its special responsibilities in relation to this position. Although the Dutch Corporate Governance Code (Tabaksblat) formally does not apply to Gasunie, the Board of Directors decided to conform to the Tabaksblat Code as much as possible.
