In the shareholders’ meeting held today, 25 April, Mr C. (Cees) Griffioen stood down as a member of Gasunie’s Board of Supervisory Directors for age-related reasons.
Mr Griffioen has been a Supervisory Director of Gas Transport Services B.V. since 2004 and of N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie from the date of its formation in 2005.
