Jolanda Poots-Bijl (b. 1969) has been appointed a member of the Supervisory Board of N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie (Gasunie) with effect from 1 September 2011. Mrs Poots has been CFO and a member of the Management Board of Koninklijke Volker Wessels Stevin nv since 2009. Prior to this she was CFO and a member of the Management Board of Connexxion and Financial Director of ProRail. Jolanda Poots studied Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam. The Supervisory Board of Gasunie now consists of six members, viz.:
