Report incident

You can use BeSafe to report an incident, accident or hazardous situation thas has occurred on a Gasunie project. A valid project number is required (eg. I.012345.01). For questions or comments, please contact your Gasunie contact person.

Create an account

You need to have an account to be able to submit a report in BeSafe. You can have an account created for you by sending a request to meldingincidentenongeval@gasunie.nl.

Please include the following details with your request:

  1. First name
  2. Surname prefix
  3. Surname
  4. Company
  5. Mobile phone number
  6. Business email address

Once a guest account has been created for you, you will receive an email asking you to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) for the new account. You can then log in with your password and MFA.

The turnaround time for a request is on average five working days.
