Business ethics and policy
At Gasunie we work together comfortably on our objectives. Having an ‘easy working relationship’ sounds like it should be, well, easy. It should be a given. That said, it’s still not a bad idea to have written agreements on how we are to work together at Gasunie. The guidelines are described in the Code of Conduct. Naturally, we expect everyone to adhere to these rules; however, something can happen at Gasunie that is beyond the pale. The ‘Raising Concerns’ initiative is aimed at dealing with such incidents.
Code of Conduct For Working Together
In our Vision 2030, we state that Gasunie will have developed into an energy infrastructure company by 2030. We can only get there by working together. You can read more about how we aspire to work together in our Code of Conduct For Working Together.
Speak up policy
The Speak up policy has been created to enable employees or other people who come into contact with Gasunie through their work to safely report a situation if they hear, see or notice that something is happening that goes against our rules, principles or core values. The Speak up policy provides an unambiguous procedure for reporting different types of situations. With this policy, Gasunie also complies with legislation on integrity reports.
