Anja Mutsaers new member of the Gasunie Supervisory board

As of 1 December, the Minister of Finance (shareholder of N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie) has appointed Anja Mutsaers as a member of the Supervisory Board of Gasunie. The appointment was made on the recommendation of the Supervisory Board of Gasunie. Mutsaers is a member of the management board at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek and, as a lawyer, has extensive experience in the energy market, transactions, regulatory issues and corporate governance. Pieter Duisenberg, chairman of the Supervisory Board: "The energy transition brings major challenges in terms of regulation, corporate governance and new forms of cooperation with companies.  The appointment of Anja Mutsaers will further strengthen the Gasunie Supervisory Board with regard to these important issues."
