Annie Krist (57) has been appointed as CEO of gas trading company GasTerra with effect from 1 April 2017. She is therefore stepping down as CEO of Gasunie Transport Services (GTS) from today and she will also resign as a member of Gasunie's Board of Directors. Gasunie's Board of Directors and Board of Supervisory Directors has regrettably learned about Annie's departure and appreciate the reasons for her career move. They thank Annie for her significant and long-term contribution to Gasunie and wish her every success in her new position. Annie Krist started her career with Gasunie in 1987 and has fulfilled a number of management roles. She has been CEO of GTS since 1 July 2011 and on 1 May 2016 she was also appointed as a member of Gasunie's Board of Directors. René Oudejans, CFO and member of Gasunie's Board of Directors, will assume the role of temporary CEO of GTS from today.
