Moody’s changes Gasunie’s credit rating outlook to “positive”

On 22 May credit rating agency Moody’s changed the outlook on Gasunie’s credit rating to “positive”. Gasunie’s A2 credit rating was affirmed. The positive outlook means that within 18 months Moody’s will make a decision with respect to a possible upgrade of Gasunie. As main reasons for the change in outlook Moody’s cites:

  • Gasunie’s solid financial profile despite lower future revenues
  • lower capital expenditure in the coming years
