Now for everyone to keep track: is Gasunie achieving its CSR goals?

Gasunie is working hard to make its operations more future proof. But until now, many of our actions in the field of corporate social responsibility (CSR) have remained hidden from the outside world. That time is now past. From now on, everyone can follow exactly what progress we are making towards achieving our CSR goals on a new online dashboard.

For two years, Gasunie has been implementing a new CSR policy that is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations. These are 17 'tools' for companies and governments to make the world a better place by the year 2030. In 2020, we built nine so-called Green Deals on the foundation of these SDGs. In 2021, we formulated one or more concrete and ambitious goals (KPIs) within each Green Deal, to be achieved by 2030. 

For each Green Deal, the online dashboard shows how much progress we have made so far. The dashboard is updated every quarter. From now on, we will also mention concrete steps forward, such as relevant tenders and contracts, in the dashboard. Because 2030 is still a long way off and we need to keep ourselves focused, most Gasunie Green Deals have an interim target set for 2023.
