Severine Baudic new member of the Supervisory Board of Gasunie

The Minister of Finance (shareholder of N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie) appointed Severine Baudic as a member of Gasunie's Supervisory Board as of 27 March 2025. The appointment is on the recommendation of the Supervisory Board. Baudic has many years of experience in the energy industry, particularly the offshore sector. She served in several senior leadership roles at SBM Offshore and was appointed CEO of Ekwil in 2024.

About Severine Baudic

Severine Baudic holds a masters degree in Marine & Ocean Engineering from SeaTech Ecole d‘Ingénieurs (University of Toulon, France) and a masters degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston (Texas, USA). She started her career as a naval architect at ABB Lumus Global. From 2001 until 2024, she worked at SBM Offshore in various senior leadership roles such as Group Engineering and Technical Director, Group Execution Director and Managing Director New Energies and Services. She is currently CEO of Ekwil, a joint venture by SBM Offshore and Technip Energies dedicated to technical advancement in the floating offshore wind sector.
